When you’re living with chronic illness or long-term health challenges, even small decisions can feel overwhelming. You want life to feel calmer, more purposeful — but you may not know where to begin.
That’s where I come in.
As a certified health coach with lived experience of chronic illness, I create a supportive space for you to explore what matters most — and what’s realistically possible for you.
Together, we focus on small, meaningful shifts inspired by the Wheel of Health from Duke Integrative Medicine, including:
Building awareness around rest and sleep habits
Exploring your relationship with food and nourishment
Reflecting on movement and how it feels in your body
Creating boundaries that protect your energy
Identifying what brings you connection, meaning, or joy
Reframing how you relate to your body, identity, and life with illness
You decide the goals. I support you in finding the next steps — gently, at your own pace.
