Compassionate Coaching for Life with Chronic Illness & Health Struggles

Gentle coaching to help you feel more in control — even when your health isn’t.

Gentle coaching to help you feel more in control — even when your health isn’t.

When you’re living with chronic illness or long-term health challenges, even small decisions can feel overwhelming. You want life to feel calmer, more purposeful — but you may not know where to begin.

That’s where I come in.

As a certified health coach with lived experience of chronic illness, I create a supportive space for you to explore what matters most — and what’s realistically possible for you.

Self Kindness with an Open Heart

Meeting yourself with a tender heart and open mind, especially on the hard days

The Circle of Life with Chronic Illness (CLCI)

The Circle of Life with Chronic Illness is a whole-person approach to well-being, designed especially for those living with chronic conditions or navigating ongoing health challenges. It’s an adapted version of the evidence-based Wheel of Health developed by Duke Health, customized to reflect the unique realities of life with illness that we use in this practice..

This model reminds us that health encompasses far more than we often realize — it’s shaped by how we rest, find purpose, connect with others, and relate to our environment. All the areas in the circle are deeply interconnected, and to feel whole, we need to nurture and balance each part.

In my practice, I help people help themselves — to feel more balanced, more empowered, and more like they’re living a good life, even in the face of adversity.

Living with chronic illness can leave you feeling overwhelmed or disconnected from the life you want. The Circle of Life with Chronic Illness offers a clear, compassionate way to reflect on where you are and where you’d like more balance.

During our work together, I’ll use the coaching strategies I was trained in through Duke Health to help turn insight into action — so the steps you take feel doable, meaningful, and grounded in real life, not just theory.

Whether you're seeking more peace, clarity, or simply support, the circle offers a place to begin — and you won’t have to walk it alone.

How Can It Help You

Understanding the CLCI

You don’t have to walk this journey alone. I’m here to walk alongside you, offering support, encouragement, and a safe space to grow into the life you want to live.

You decide the goals. I support you in finding the next steps gently and at your own pace.

This isn’t about fixing yourself. It’s about discovering what makes life feel more manageable, more aligned, and more yours.
