Hi! Welcome to Rachel Decloedt Health Coaching

Living with chronic illness can be overwhelming — not just physically, but emotionally and mentally, too. I understand that deeply, both personally and professionally. That’s why I’ve made it my mission to support others navigating health challenges with compassion, respect, and practical guidance.

As a certified health coach trained through the Duke Health & Well-Being Coaching Program, my approach is grounded in evidence-based methodology. I partner with clients to set realistic goals, uncover inner strengths, and take meaningful steps toward improved well-being — on your terms.

My coaching style is empathetic, collaborative, and non-judgmental. I believe healing isn’t just about symptoms — it’s also about connection, self-discovery, and reclaiming your sense of agency. Whether you're facing a new diagnosis, managing long-term health issues, or simply trying to feel more like yourself again, you're not alone.

I’m here to walk beside you, not ahead of you. Together, we’ll navigate what health and wholeness look like for you — one conversation at a time.

I'm looking forward to meeting you!

Feel free to reach out. I'd love to connect.
